印度標準局(The Bureau of Indian Standards, BIS)的CMD-3 (CENTRAL MARKS DEPARTMENT-3)， 于2015年12月3日公布-Guidelines for use of Standard Mark and labelling requirements under BIS Compulsory Registration Scheme
for Electronic and IT Products，并于2015年12月1日立即生效。
取得注冊的用戶，目前可以選擇標準標識或沿用原自我宣告"Self declaration--Conforming to IS....."。 2014年日7月31日發(fā)布的BIS/DGO/(405)/2014已由本次取代。
